shipping methods

-The goods are delivered via the DPD delivery service. This applies to both national and international deliveries. The goods are only delivered within the EU.

-Shipping costs include VAT.

-We calculate the flat-rate shipping costs of €6.90 per order for deliveries within Germany. From an order value of € 200.00 we deliver free of charge.

The delivery time depends on the type of package and the recipient's address.

-Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.

The delivery takes place at the latest within five working days (Monday to Friday, with the exception of federal holidays) after the payment order has been issued to the transferring bank in the case of advance payment or after conclusion of the contract in the case of cash on delivery or purchase on account.

-If the transport company sends the shipped goods back to the seller because delivery to the customer was not possible, the customer bears the costs for the unsuccessful shipment. This does not apply if the customer effectively exercises his right of cancellation, if he is not responsible for the circumstance that led to the impossibility of delivery or if he was temporarily prevented from accepting the service offered, unless the seller announced the service a reasonable amount of time in advance.
