Sugar Cane Lids are the perfect solution for sealing our Sugar Cane Soup Cups. The bagasse used is obtained as a by-product of conventional sugar production. These are the fibrous residues of the sugar cane that remain after the juice has been pressed out. The bagasse is ground up and the resulting cellulose pulp is then pressed into shape. In its natural state, the sugar cane lid is even biodegradable according to DIN 13432. Good for the environment and perfect for your good conscience to go.
